This role will oversee implementation and maintenance of all aspects of the Quality systems, including Lean Six Sigma program, ISO 14001 and 9001 systems, supplier audits, staffing, and training. In addition to technical competence in metals casting, wire fabrication, and continuous improvement, you must have the leadership skills to take ownership of projects and problems to get them resolved. You must be able to work effectively with multiple departments in the company, and be a self-directed, innovative leader who can handle multiple priorities. Qualified candidates should have a BS degree in Engineering, Material Science, Business, or related field plus a minimum of 2 years experience in Quality Management and the ability to design and execute DOE, Measurement Analysis, and FMEA?s. We are seeking individuals with experience implementing cellular manufacturing and Lean tool use, selection, and application in a manufacturing environment.
